However, one fateful day, Nyanjiro is attacked by a cat that has transformed into a demon! Despite his bold attempts, Nyanjiro is no match for the overwhelming power of the ogre.
At his wit's end, Nyanjiro discovers the existence of the "Nyan Cat Squad," an organization devoted to combating the Oni Neko. Determined to bring peace back, he gathers friends, acquires weapons, and embarks on a journey to defeat the root of all Onineko, "Munyan".
